About Marnie – Your Space Method

Hi, I’m Marnie.
I’m an experienced therapist based in Brisbane, specialising in Mindful Movement, Resonate Massage, & holistic nervous system restoration. I work with women (& anyone seeking mindful self-care) who want to reconnect with their strength, release tension, restore balance, & feel fully supported through personalised, professional guidance.
 

Experience & Approach
With over 25 years of experience, I combine Pilates & yoga-inspired movement, fascia release techniques, therapeutic massage, & sound therapy in each session. Mindful Movement helps awaken strength, improve mobility, & release tension through slow, body-aware exercises, while Resonate Massage guides the nervous system into deep relaxation with a vibroacoustic sound table, live sound bath, & the choice of hands-on or no-touch therapeutic techniques.
 

Every session is tailored to your body, your needs, & your energy — supporting recovery, mobility, & long-term wellbeing. Whether your goal is to feel grounded, energised, or deeply restored, each experience is designed to deliver meaningful, lasting results.
 

Philosophy
Wellness isn’t about quick fixes or rigid routines — it’s about mindful guidance, deep listening, & creating space for restoration. Your Space Method is more than Pilates or massage; it’s a holistic, experiential approach that nurtures body, mind, & energy, leaving you balanced, calm, & energised.
