With Your Space Method, our Mindful Movement sessions offer a gentle yet effective way to reconnect with your body, build strength, & improve how you move & feel each day.

Using both Pilates studio equipment & bodyweight exercises, sessions either focus on activating underused muscles, building balanced strength, & improving mobility without strain, or — on days your body needs something more restorative — shift toward fascia release, gentle movement, & conscious breathing to release tension, restore fluid motion, & calm the nervous system.

Rather than pushing the body, we work with it: slow, intentional exercises help you move with awareness, reduce restriction, & leave your body feeling stronger, lighter, & effortlessly restored.
 
One-on-one Mindful Movement sessions are available and can be transformed into a mini-retreat when combined with a Resonate Massage, offering a deeply restorative experience for both body & mind.

Alternatively, you can buddy up with a friend & enjoy a duet session, sharing the journey of mindful movement, gentle strength, & relaxation together — a perfect way to reconnect, recharge, & move with ease in good company.
