Resonate Therapy combines gentle therapeutic massage (optional) with Vibro-Acoustic Therapy (VAT) & sound healing, creating a deeply restorative experience that works at a nervous system level.
VAT uses low-frequency sound vibrations transmitted through a specially designed table to penetrate muscles, bones, & the nervous system. You don’t just hear the sound — you feel it. These vibrations help release tension, calm the mind, & shift the body from stress into a deep rest-&-digest state, supporting physical, mental, & emotional wellbeing.
Lie back, optionally with headphones for a more immersive experience, & allow the combination of vibration, sound, & gentle touch to guide your body effortlessly into its natural relaxation response. The session concludes with a live sound bath, leaving you lighter, calmer, & restored, with renewed balance, function, & ease.
