Option 1: Activating & Strengthening Sessions
On days when your body is ready to work, these sessions use Pilates studio equipment to build deep, balanced strength while improving mobility, coordination, and joint stability. Controlled resistance and precise movement help activate underused muscles, support better alignment, and improve how your body distributes load through movement.
