Do you notice your team is...

  • Showing signs of burnout, fatigue, or disengagement?

  • Struggling to focus, maintain productivity, or regulate stress?

  • Becoming more reactive, withdrawn, or less collaborative?

  • Carrying a constant undercurrent of tension or overwhelm?

  • Giving their all to the job, but leaving little time for personal well-being?

  • In need of meaningful tools to recharge, reset, and reconnect?

Welcome

Chronic stress in the workplace can silently build up, leading to reduced focus, rising tension, fatigue, and eventually burnout. Left unaddressed, it can impact performance, culture, and overall wellbeing.

This retreat offers a proactive pause—an opportunity for your team to reset personally while also building the kind of trust and connection that fosters a supportive culture, where colleagues look out for one another when it’s needed most.

Set on 10 peaceful acres just 30 minutes from Brisbane, the day includes breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, restorative practices, and quiet reflection. With nourishing food and space in nature, your team will step away from daily demands and return with renewed energy, clarity, and cohesion.

This experience is designed to:

  • Ease stress and restore balance

  • Calm the nervous system and boost resilience

  • Strengthen connection and collaboration

  • Encourage rest, reflection, and sustainable performance

  • Support a culture of wellbeing, care, and shared purpose

When teams reset together, they return stronger together.

This day is more than a break—it’s an investment in long-term energy, morale, and capacity.

Day Retreat Itinerary

We are energy, and true well-being comes from restoring balance to the body’s natural frequency. This day retreat draws on the 8 Pillars of Health—movement, nutrition, rest, stress management, mindset, relationships, environment, and purpose—to help release tension, shift limiting patterns, and realign each person with their natural rhythm. Through practices like Pilates, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, sound healing, and restorative breathwork, they'll be gently guided back to a state of clarity, ease, and natural healing.

Opening Circle
10am (arrive 9.45am)

We’ll begin gently—with herbal tea, light bites, and relaxed conversation. Whether colleagues are well-acquainted or meeting in a new way, this is a welcoming space to simply arrive as you are. There’s no pressure to perform—just an opportunity to settle in, reconnect with yourself & each other, & begin the day feeling supported.

Nature Connection
12-1pm

Your team will be guided through a quiet outdoor practice to slow down, step away from digital demands, and reconnect with the natural environment—or simply take time to rest and reflect in their own way. It’s a peaceful space to reset, recharge, and access a sense of calm and inner resilience—both individually and together.

Journaling
2-3pm

This session offers your team a chance to shift out of a busy, task-focused mindset and reconnect with the body. Through breath work , meditation and gentle movement (drawing from Pilates, yoga, and Qi Gong), participants will release built-up tension, calm the nervous system, and restore focus and energy—together.

Nourishing Lunch
1-2pm

Lunch is included—a wholesome, nourishing meal to replenish and cleanse both body and mind. Colleagues can connect over a relaxed meal under the 140 yr old fig tree, or take quiet time to unwind individually. Herbal teas and fresh fruit are available throughout the day—no expectations, just come as you are.

Yin Yoga & Closing
3-4pm

Our final session combines Yin Yoga—a slow, gentle practice that releases deep tension—with meditation for deep rest and integration. Supported poses, healing frequency sounds that balance energy centers, and stillness will help your team unwind, allowing the day’s benefits to fully settle. The day closes with everyone feeling grounded, nourished, and refreshed.
