A retreat is more than a workshop in a beautiful setting—it’s a purposeful pause from the relentless pace of everyday life.

 

When chronic stress builds up, it can cause tension, injury, & dis-ease. Taking time to step back, slow down, & gently reset your body, mind, & spirit is essential to prevent this. Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s essential & important every day.

Spend a restorative day with a small group of like-hearted women, exploring breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, & reflection. Nestled on 10 peaceful acres just 30 minutes from Brisbane, you’ll be nourished by nature, healing practices, & a wholesome catered lunch.

This day offers a gentle reset—reconnecting you with self-care habits that bring joy, not just get you through the necessities of life.

Come solo or bring a friend who needs this too!

Day Retreat Itinerary

We are energy, & true well-being comes from restoring balance to the body’s natural frequency. This day retreat uses conscious movement, breath, bodywork, & stillness to release tension, shift limiting patterns, & realign you with your natural rhythm. Drawing from Pilates, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, sound healing, & restorative breathwork, you’ll be guided back to ease, clarity, & natural healing.

Opening Circle 
10am (arrive 9.45am)

We’ll begin gently—with herbal tea, light bites, & calm connection. Whether you come alone or with a friend, this is a safe, welcoming space. No pressure to do more than feel comfortable—just being here for yourself is enough

Nature Connection 
12-1pm

I’ll guide a quiet outdoor practice to help you slow down & connect with nature—or you can choose your own way to rest & reflect. This is a peaceful space to reset & find your inner calm & strength.

Journaling
2-3pm

Set in nature’s calm, you’ll be guided through meditation & journaling to clear mental clutter & reconnect with what truly matters to you. You’ll receive a beautiful journal to hold your reflections beyond the day.

Conscious Movement 
11am-12noon

This session invites you to drop out of your busy head & into your body. Through breath & gentle movement (elements of Pilates, yoga, qi-gong), you’ll start to release tension, calm your mind, and gently awaken your energy.

Nourishing Lunch
1-2pm

Lunch is included — a nourishing meal to feed both body & heart. Share it under the fig tree with others or enjoy some quiet time on your own rug. Herbal teas & fresh fruit will be available throughout the day. Just come as you are.

Yin Yoga & Closing
3-4pm

Our final session blends Yin Yoga—a slow, gentle practice that targets deep connective tissues—with meditation for deep rest & integration. Supported poses, healing sounds, & stillness will help you release tension & let the day’s work settle. Closing the day feeling grounded, nourished, & reset.

My name is Marnie Wolff

With over 25 years’ experience in wellness & holistic therapies, I’ve supported many—especially women in midlife—to nurture their well-being through the 8 Pillars of Health: movement, nutrition, rest, stress, mindset, relationships, environment, and purpose—all gently woven into this retreat.


Like many, I spent years putting myself last—until turning 50 reminded me to prioritise what truly nourishes me. Now, I support women ready to reclaim time for themselves—to rediscover what brings peace, calm, & joy, and to better navigate the demands of work & caring for others.

I’m a qualified Sports Therapist, Clinical Personal Trainer, Remedial Massage Therapist (AAMT 15015), & certified Pilates & Yin Yoga instructor. Beyond the credentials, I create a supportive space for healing, self-discovery, & connection. My intention is to meet you where you are & guide you toward greater balance, vitality, & aligned well-being.
