About the event
This group experience invites you to lie down, snuggle under a blanket, and cover your eyes as you are guided into deep rest. As crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments are played live in the room, waves of sound gently move through the space, calming the nervous system and easing the body out of stress.
There is nothing to do and nowhere to go—just permission to rest. As you relax into stillness, the breath naturally slows, muscular tension begins to release, and the mind quietens. Many drift into a deep meditative state, somewhere between wakefulness and sleep, where true restoration can occur.
You leave feeling grounded, clearer, and deeply reset, as if your entire system has had space to exhale and start again.
