My retreat services include Mindful Movement classes— one style is a blend of Pilates, Yoga, & breathwork, & the second, a traditional Yin Yoga class. Each helps participants slow down, release tension, awaken strength, & restore balance. As a facilitator, I create a holistic, calming experience & give organisers the space to focus on other aspects of their retreat knowing their guests are being cared for.

About Me

Vibro-Acoustic Therapy

A non-invasive, no-touch meditation experience using gentle, low-frequency vibrations you can both hear & feel. It calms the nervous system, eases tension, & restores balance, “retuning” the body’s natural frequencies to support relaxation, emotional clarity, & overall wellbeing—reducing stress, improving cellular function, & promoting harmony for body, mind, & spirit.

Guided Nature Walk

As a clinical personal trainer & sports therapist, I guide participants safely on an energising outdoor walk, helping them slow down, tune into nature, & reconnect with its restorative power. We pause for gentle stretches, breathwork, and mindful reflection, & I encourage natural conversation to help the group release tension, restore calm, & foster connection.

Participants benefit from having a familiar face throughout the retreat, providing support & guidance when needed—whether emotional, mental, or physical. As a therapist, I can assist participants at key moments, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, & cared for.

For organisers, I help manage behind-the-scenes details, freeing up time to focus on the bigger picture, enjoy the retreat, & reduce stressful moments.

Multi Day Package

Full service package:
For retreats 2 days+

Includes :

1 x Class of choice for each day
1 x Guided Nature Walk per retreat.
10 x 40 min VAT Treatments per retreat.

Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Conscious Movement Classes:
Pilates & Yin Yoga (60 minutes)
Vibroacoustic Therapy Sessions (20 & 40 minutes)
Guided Nature Walks (60-90 minutes)

2. Booking Confirmation & Payment

Minimum packages are confirmed once the invoice is paid. Extras like classes, treatments, or nature walks can be added to the invoice or paid directly on the day.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of booking.
50% refund up to 8 weeks before the retreat.
No refund for less than 8 weeks before the retreat
No refunds if participants do not attend booked services.
Late arrivals will be accommodated if time permits.

4. Additional Charges

Travel is $0.88/km from Your Space Pilates (via Google Maps), plus any tolls or parking costs. For retreats of 2 days or more, accommodation & meals for the facilitator are required

5. Retreat Organiser Responsibilities

For VAT session - Provide a private room with power & a schedule of participants appointments,
All necessary class equipment & props for classes.

6. Health, Participation & Risk Waiver

Participation is at your own risk. Marnie Wolff and Your Space Pilates are not responsible for injuries. Participants with health concerns must have medical clearance and agree to follow safety instructions.

7. Insurance & Liability

Marnie Wolff holds Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance, which can be provided prior to booking confirmation.

8. Force Majeure

Marnie Wolff and Your Space Pilates are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control, including facilitator's illness, disasters, or government restrictions. Services will be rescheduled or credited where possible.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal and health information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery. It will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
