My Story
With over 25 years’ experience as a qualified Sports Therapist, Personal Trainer, Remedial Massage Therapist (AAMT 15015), and certified Pilates & Yin Yoga instructor, I offer more than just classes or massage—I help you create ‘your space’ for real transformation.

Grounded in the 8 Pillars of Health—movement, nutrition, rest, stress, mindset, relationships, environment, and purpose—every session, retreat, or program is thoughtfully tailored to restore balance in body, mind & energy.
