Menopause is a natural transition of life that brings changes to your body, mind, and emotions. It’s a transition, not just a set of symptoms to manage. I provide a supportive space to help you understand these changes, reconnect with yourself, and adapt consciously to this next stage. My menopause coaching offers personalized guidance on lifestyle strategies, mindset shifts, and key areas of your unique journey. Feel informed, supported, and empowered to navigate midlife and beyond with confidence and vitality. Join individually or bring a few friends to share the experience.

Lifestyle Packages

Personalized programs progress over 4 weeks, supporting six key lifestyle areas: strength training, cardio fitness, emotional regulation, nutrition, cognitive function, and social wellbeing. Choose an individual plan for a fully personalized experience, or partner with a friend in a duet plan for added support and accountability. Optional: consider scheduling a bone density scan with your healthcare provider before starting.

Bronze Package

Each week progressively Includes:

  1. 2 x 30-min strength & balance sessions (Pilates equipment).

  2. 1 x 30-min cardio focused park walk plus daily walking plan.

  3. 2 x 15-min VAT (guided meditation) sessions.

  4. Daily diet plan for the week.

  5. Weekly cognitive challenge.

  6. Support & Accountability

Silver Package

Each week progressively Includes:

  1. 2 x 45-min (or 3 x 30-min) strength & balance sessions (Pilates equipment).

  2. 1 x 45-min cardio focused park walk plus daily walking plan.

  3. 2 x 30-min VAT (guided meditation) sessions

  4. Daily diet plan for the week

  5. Weekly cognitive challenge

  6. Support & Accountability
