WELCOME to Our Springbrook Retreat

Escape the city & recharge with a rejuvenating weekend retreat in Springbrook, nestled in the tranquil Gold Coast Hinterland. Designed for relaxation, stress relief, & holistic wellbeing, the retreat combines yoga, pilates, meditation, breath-work, & restorative practices in a peaceful rainforest setting.
 

Reconnect with yourself in nature, enjoy wholesome vegetarian meals, & unwind in private accommodation. Welcoming everyone—friends, couples, & individuals of all experiences & genders. The program is flexible — join as many or as few sessions as you like.

Overview

A weekend to pause, reconnect, & restore. Step away from daily life & immerse yourself in the stillness of Springbrook, where forest air, gentle practices, & peaceful surroundings invite your body & mind to soften. Move at your own pace—enjoy movement & mindfulness sessions, book a massage or meditation with vibroacoustic technology, join our group waterfall walk & swim, savor a cup of tea, or simply rest & reflect. All sessions are optional & the program may adapt to the natural flow of the weekend.
 

Arrival & Departure:
Check-in from 3pm Friday with afternoon tea

Check-out 2pm Sunday after the closing circle.

Program

Friday  [DATE]

From 3:00pm — Arrive, settle in, & enjoy tea, coffee & homemade cake.

4:00–5:30pm — Gentle Yoga Flow & Pranayama with Kelly to ease into retreat.

6:00–7:00pm — Nourishing dinner.

8:30pm — Welcome Circle & Fire ceremony under the stars.​

 

Note: Massages/Vibro-Acoustic Therapy can be booked throughout the day.

Saturday  [DATE]

From 5:30am — Tea, coffee, toast & fruit available (help yourself).

7.00-7:30am — Morning Yoga Nidra Meditation with Kelly.

7:30–8:30am — Vinyasa Yoga with Kelly.

9:00–9:45am — Pilates with Marnie.

10:00–11:00am — Brunch on the verandah overlooking the forest.

11:30–1:00pm — Walk to the waterfall — time to swim, meditate, or simply be.

3:00–5:00pm — Wellbeing Workshop (tbc).

6:00–7:00pm — Dinner & dessert.

7:30–9:00pm — Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Kelly.​​

Sunday  [DATE]

From 5:30am — Tea, coffee, toast & fruit available (help yourself).

7.00-7:30am — Morning Yoga Nidra Meditation with Kelly.

7:30–8:30am — Vinyasa Yoga with Kelly.

9:00–9:45am — Pilates with Marnie.

10:00–11:00am — Brunch on the verandah.

11:00–12:30pm — Free time: rest, read, walk...

12:30–1:00pm — Deep Yoga Nidra with Kelly.

1:00–1:30pm — Closing Circle & reflection.

1:30–3:00pm — Pack up & farewell

Marnie Wolff

Marnie, a Clinical Sports Therapist, Remedial Massage Therapist (AAMT 15015), & certified Pilates & Yin Yoga instructor, creates a nurturing retreat space where you can fully slow down, relax, recuperate, & simply be yourself — with nothing for you to do but enjoy.

Kelly Eng

Kelly, a certified Level 1 Yoga Australia teacher, provides nurturing support throughout the day with her calming blend of yoga & meditation. She brings her grounding energy to create a space of stillness for rest, reconnection, & renew

Guests return year after year for the location—towering ancient trees, the sounds of birds & crickets, & the healing power of the mountain’s old-growth forest. Pademelon wallabies are often seen at dawn, dusk, or even during the day.
