About the Mini Retreat
Each Mini Retreat offers a nourishing morning dedicated to self-care, connection, & restoration. It’s an invitation to slow down & create stillness—allowing the body to soften, the mind to settle, & clarity to return. In this calm space, you reconnect with what truly supports you, setting a grounded & intentional tone for the month ahead. Each monthly retreat is guided by a unique wellness theme, offering time to pause, reset, & realign with what your body, mind, & energy need right now.
Through mindful movement, meditation, reflection, & rest, you’ll be supported to step out of the busyness of everyday life & back into yourself.
No experience needed — all bodies & levels are warmly welcome.
Led by experienced pilates & yoga practitioner and teacher, Marnie Wolff (read more about Marnie's background and teaching style).
