Enjoy a morning workshop designed to complement your whatever you are currently doing for exercise. 

 

Move More, Move Better. Explore simple, functional movements that activate underused muscles, improve posture and joint alignment, and increase range of motion. 

 

Combined with guided breathwork and restorative techniques that support recovery—helping you move with more ease and balance in workouts and everyday life.

 

Open to gym members and non-members.​ All bodies, genders & levels are welcome. 

Meet the Team

Hi, I’m Marnie. With Marco’s endorsement, I’ll be hosting this wellness workshop at Yeronga Park Fitness Centre. I’ve taught Pilates & Yin Yoga here since opening, & this session offers newcomers a taste of functional techniques, regulars a chance to deepen their practice, & everyone an opportunity to connect with the community.
