About the Mini Retreat
Each Mini Retreat offers a nourishing morning of self-care, connection, & restoration. Through mindful movement & conscious stillness, your body softens, your mind settles, & clarity returns. The practices balance energising movement with restful stillness, giving simple tools you can weave into daily life for greater ease & enjoyment.
Our May Mini Retreat wellness theme explores mandalas as a gentle practice of slowing down, trusting the process, and expressing what’s within—without striving for perfection. Creating a mandala becomes a form of meditation, guiding you inward, calming the nervous system, quieting the mind, & restoring balance & connection to self.
