About the Mini Retreat

Step away from the constant demands of daily life and enter a space designed to gently bring you back to yourself. Our mini retreats are created for those who feel physically tired, mentally overloaded, or disconnected from their body. Through mindful somatic movement and deeply restorative sound healing — with live sound healing instruments to help you drop deeply into rest or meditation, whichever you need most — you’ll be guided to slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system in a safe, nurturing environment.

We begin by connecting in a supportive sharing circle, allowing you to arrive fully and feel seen. From there, you’ll move through gentle, body-aware movements that release restrictions, awaken underused muscles, and restore natural movement patterns. The retreat then flows into a deeply relaxing sound session, where live healing vibrations quiet the mind, calm the body, and support emotional and physical recovery.

This experience isn’t about pushing or achieving — it’s about listening, softening, and allowing your body the time and space it needs to repair and restore.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your natural rhythm.

No experience needed — all bodies & levels are warmly welcome.
